Get to know me better ❣️

Hey everyone, welcome back to my blog! I thought this week I could answer some questions so you can get to know me better. I got these questions from Google, but if you want to know anything else, leave a comment at the end of this blog! I’ll be happy to answer them for you. 🙂

So let’s get on with the show ➡️

1. Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Norwich, which is in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

2. Where do you currently live?

I live in the same place I grew up, in Norwich. 

3. Who is your first best friend?

My first proper best-friend was Sydney, who I met in middle school. We did everything together - she only lived 1 minute down the road. We would walk to school together and then go out together after school. Who remembers when your mum would give you £1 to go down the shops and get some sweets? You could get a lot for £1. Now you’d be lucky to 

get a Freddo for that.. 

4. How tall are you?

I am the grand total of 5ft 5in tall. I got my mum’s height. My sister Abby is very tall, I think she gets that from my dad. 

5. Dogs or cats?

Definitely cats. I have 2 cats - Harry and Mollie. I had my first cat, Jamie, for 15 years so I was devastated when he had to be put to sleep. We have had Harry and Mollie for a year so far. 

6. Funniest moment throughout high school?

My friends and I entered this talent contest at school. There were 5 of us and we were called the Fluorescent 5! God knows where that name came from. We sang Fame and did some funky dance moves! It was shit. It was the first time I had sung in public. I had hiccups 2 minutes before we were 

due to go on stage. We had these stupid bright coloured 

skirts on. I mean, I was about 13, but at the time we thought 

it was really good... other people would say otherwise! 😂😂

7. What year were you born?

1996 (I’m 22 years old

8. Are you in/have you been to college?

I went to sixth form at my high school and studied Childcare. I enjoyed going to the school and volunteering. I 

actually went to my first school and some of the teachers 

who taught me were still there. That was weird. 

9. What is your favourite drink?

Alcoholic: Woo Woo cocktail

Non-alcoholic: Dr Pepper or a caramel latte 

10. Favourite food? 

My nan’s roasts potatoes are the bomb. Hunter’s chicken and steak are my favourite foods. 

11. You’re wearing perfume - what scent is it?

I’m wearing a Lush perfume in Snow Fairy. My friend told me it smells like love hearts, so I’ll go with that 💗. It’s only available at Christmas which is a bummer. 

12. Tea or coffee?

This is a hard one because I like both but I think I’ll go for tea! Can’t beat an English brew, can ya? 

13. What are your life goals?

I want to be successful and happy! I want to be able to look back on my life when I’m 80-odd rocking back and forth in a chair and remember all the things I’ve achieved and how happy my life was. 

14. What sports do you play or have you played?

I was a cheerleader for about a year. I competed in some competitions, but that’s all the sport I’ve played really. I 

wasn’t really ever a fan of PE. 

15. Have any books you have read changed your life?

It has to be my Stacey Dooley book. Reading about all these women’s experiences around the world made me realise how lucky I am to have the life I have. If you haven’t read it you really need to, it’s a proper eye opener. It’s called Stacey Dooley On the Front Line with the Women Who Fight Back. 

16. What is your favourite movie?

My favourite movie is The Sound of Music. I used to watch this film all the time when I was younger and I know all the lyrics to all of the songs. It’s fantastic.

17. Who are your favourite YouTubers?

I don’t watch as much YouTube as I used to but my favourite YouTubers are Eltoria, Zoella and sophdoesnails. I like watching people doing their make up, and unboxing videos. They keep me entertained for hours. 

18. Do you speak any languages and if so how well?

I learned German and French when I was at school but I 

can’t remember any of it. So the answer to that question is no! 😂

19. Are you single or taken?

I’m taken! James and I have been together for 3 years now. He is my first proper boyfriend. ♥️

20. What is your idea of your dream date?

Going to Disneyland and having a picnic near the castle... obviously. 

21. How long was your longest relationship?

3 years and it’s still going strong. 💪🏻

22. How would you describe your fashion sense?

Quite dull to be honest. I don’t own a lot of colour. Most of my wardrobe is black, grey and navy. 

23. What is your go-to hairstyle?

For work I tend to put my hair in a top knot or a ponytail, but if I’m going out I straighten my hair. 

24. How many siblings do you have?

I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. 

25. What is your go-to fast food order?

If I go to McDonald’s I’d have a Big Tasty without bacon, medium fries and a Coke. If I order from a takeaway I have a chicken kebab with mayo and cheesy chips covered in more mayo. 

26. Do you use PC or a Mac?

I don’t own either. I’d love a Mac but I can’t afford it so I just use my iPad. 

27. Your most memorable vacation memory?

When I went to Florida and arrived at Magic Kingdom, I just remember the feeling. I felt so emotional. As it was my dream holiday, and hey, Disney is where all of your dreams come true. 

28. What are your morning and evening routines?

Morning routine: I get up, have a shower, get dressed, have breakfast, lay back in bed! 😂

Evening routine: get back from work, watch TV, have tea, have a shower if I have work really early in the morning, take my make up off and go to bed. 

29. Do you have any bad habits?

I bite my nails. It’s really bad, I just can’t stop biting them. 😩

30. Tell us one thing about you that we wouldn’t know?

I own 16 coats. 🧥
