Ca'n Picafort 2019

Can Picafort 2019 I’m currently laying on my sofa feeling sorry for myself because my amazing holiday is over. :( I’m home after an amazing 10 days.  I hope you’re all ready to hear about it ahah. Our flight was at 6am from Stansted. Having breakfast at 4am in Wetherspoons did feel a little weird. I don’t mind planes, I just don’t like when they land as it makes me feel sick so I had to put my head on James’s shoulder to stop feeling dizzy. I don’t do travel very well and that was a very long day of it. I was running on about 3 hours sleep.  We arrived in Mallorca on 19th May and stayed in the Hotel Haiti in Ca’n Picafort. On arrival we went to bed for about 6 hours. The hotel was lovely. Well, the pool was absolutely freezing but apart from that it was awesome. As we were all inclusive we had all our meals and drinks for free, in a way! I kid you not, I ate a shit load of brown rolls. I'm not too sure what they were but they were sooooo good! The food ...

My Holiday Essentials ☀️☀️

My holiday essentials

Hello everybody and welcome back to my blog! I’m going on holiday in about 2 weeks, so I thought you’d enjoy hearing my holiday essentials.

For some reason I always needs a backpack. Whenever I go on holiday I find having a backpack rather than a handbag is much easier. It has to be zipped, though - I can’t deal with backpacks that are open that anyone can dip their hand in.

I found this backpack from TK Maxx. It’s so cute, isn’t it? It’s so handy when you are going through the airport.

When I’m travelling on a plane my plane essentials are:

My phone - to scroll though everyone’s lives on social media
Earphones - so I can listen to music
Hairband - because I can’t deal with my hair in my face 😂
Money - to buy things, obvs

And then the boring stuff like my passport etc.

I’m always scared about going through security. When my family and I went to Florida, I beeped going through the barriers so they had to search me... that was fun, NOT! Hopefully that won’t happen this time.

My go-to clothing items for holiday:

A shitload of cami tops - thin so won’t get hot
Plenty of shorts - comfy clothes pretty much! Anything that will keep me cool. I don’t deal well with heat and when I get too hot I turn into this big ass grumpy bitch ahaha.
Some cheap flip flops - mine are from Primark and were really expensive at 90p. To be honest, if you have a Primark near you, they sell really affordable beach/holiday wear so if you messed it up or lost it it’s not like you’ve spent loads of money.
You also need a good pair of sunnies. I am fortunate enough to have some Ray-Bans! But you can find some really stylish ones in New Look, H&M and places like that.

And one of the most important is sun cream. If you’re anything like me and turn into a shrimp whenever you spend more than 5 minutes in the sun then good sun cream is a must. Factor 50 all the way. Protect your skin everybody!

Thank you for reading this blog, I hope you enjoyed it.

Lots of love
