Ca'n Picafort 2019

Can Picafort 2019 I’m currently laying on my sofa feeling sorry for myself because my amazing holiday is over. :( I’m home after an amazing 10 days.  I hope you’re all ready to hear about it ahah. Our flight was at 6am from Stansted. Having breakfast at 4am in Wetherspoons did feel a little weird. I don’t mind planes, I just don’t like when they land as it makes me feel sick so I had to put my head on James’s shoulder to stop feeling dizzy. I don’t do travel very well and that was a very long day of it. I was running on about 3 hours sleep.  We arrived in Mallorca on 19th May and stayed in the Hotel Haiti in Ca’n Picafort. On arrival we went to bed for about 6 hours. The hotel was lovely. Well, the pool was absolutely freezing but apart from that it was awesome. As we were all inclusive we had all our meals and drinks for free, in a way! I kid you not, I ate a shit load of brown rolls. I'm not too sure what they were but they were sooooo good! The food ...

My favourite items for Christmas

My favourite items for Christmas 🎄

Hello everyone! Today’s blog is my favourite beauty items for Christmas! I’ll show you 5 of my festive faves.

1. Lush Snow Fairy Body Spray
My favourite shop for bath bombs or anything bath related is LUSH. Snow Fairy was my favourite body wash but it only comes out at Christmas which is really sad. However, recently they have brought out a body spray that I love. It’s a love it or hate it smell, but I personally love it. It’s £20 a bottle - some people may think that is expensive but I think it’s worth the money. My friend Julia got it for me when she went to London. It’s a very sweet smell but it reminds me of Christmas and every time I’ve worn it someone has said it smells nice which is always a good sign. You can buy the body spray here.

2. My Huda beauty palette I got this palette for Christmas last year from my mum. I love all the sparkly shades, because everyone loves to sparkle. All the shades blend really well and are pigmented, and they all go well together.
It’s the perfect palette for day or night looks. If you want a sparkly eye look for a Christmas night out or party this palette will be your best friend. I’ve used it most of this year when I’ve been out and it’s my go-to palette. If I’m going out with my friends or to dinner it’s a super lush palette. You can buy it here.

3. A perfect pair of black boots
So every year, I tend to buy another pair of boots. The ones I bought this year were from Matalan. They have a heel on them which is unusual for me, but they look lovely on and are really comfy! Probably wouldn’t be too great in the snow but for everyday winter wear they are fantastic. I know I will get lots of wear out of them. They are £26 which I don’t think is too bad. You can buy them here.

4. Advent calendars
Even though I’m 21 you are never too old for an advent calendar, right? I got a Kinder one this year. Lindt and Kinder are my favourite chocolate brands. I had a Lindt one last year so I went for something different this year. It’s great having a chocolate to eat every day - it sounds stupid but it makes me really excited for Christmas! Advent calendars aren’t very expensive and it’s a nice treat to have before you go to work. It helps you start your day right.

5. Starbucks Salted Caramel Brownie Hot Chocolate

THIS DRINK IS AMAZING! I had one when I went into the city with my friend Lisa and it was lush. I need to really fancy a hot drink to have one. This particular day, it was very cold and this drink definitely warmed me up. It’s not too sickly, it has chocolate whipped cream and crumbled brownie on top. I mean, what else could you want? It’s the perfect Christmas drink. Starbucks never disappoints me.
